YC Competitor Notice – Please read & respond by August 1st 2019

Yorkshire_Challenge_Entry_Form_2019

Dear Competitor,

With only a few weeks to go preparations are well advanced for the 7th staging of the Yorkshire Challenge.

Please use the online app and GGID code – REYZFG to view tee times and results. Day 2 tee times are also available to view through the app or Yorkshire Challenge website. (Further details below)

On top of the normal prizes we are currently arranging a number of high value Hole in One prizes and I will be in touch to let you know the details as soon as I have them all.

This year we have a live scoring system for players to check results as well as see photos from the day, after and sometimes during the event.

You can view this website using the following link (Yorkshire Challenge) after the event or going to www.golfgenius.com and inputting the GGID Code – REYZFG during the day.

We have also an App which you can download using this link – Download Golf Genius App. Once you have the app just input the GGID Code – REYZFG – to get all your event information on the move.

Please double check all the tee times and please let me know if I have made any mistakes

Please find attached the registration form to confirm entry into the forthcoming Yorkshire Challenge. Whilst I may have the majority of details from previous years, I like to keep everything up to date.

Please indicate on the form the shirt size for both players. This year as a change from the usual goodie bag, all contestants will receive a Yorkshire Challenge polo shirt as a gift from the organisers. Shirt sizes are required by 1st August 2019 to be guaranteed your selected size. I am sure you will understand that after that date sizes will be allocated dependent on the remaining stock position.

Please also be advised that in order to be eligible to win any of the handicap-based prizes you must hold an active CONGU handicap where the home club is a recognised 18 hole course. Any entrants who cannot demonstrate that they meet these conditions will still be able to play, however, without an active and qualifying handicap they will be ineligible for the majority of the prizes.

Players who have a handicap above 20 will have their playing handicap reduced to 18 for the duration of the tournament which is the maximum allowance permitted in the Yorkshire Challenge.

This form can be downloaded and once completed it can either be scanned and returned to me via email or alternatively completed by hand and posted back to me at the following address:
