Booking & Cancellation Policy

FULL ENTRY FEE is required at time of booking.

Should you cancel more than 90 days prior to the start of the event then a full refund will be given, if cancelled less than 90 days prior to the start of the event then no refund will be available.

You will be able to substitute either or both players in your pairing at any time leading up to the event, this can be done by logging into the event portal or by email [email protected]
